Your Questions, Answered
Everything pet parents ask us before they buy covered in 30 seconds.
Will SwipeFur work on my specific breed?
Yes. SwipeFur is engineered for the way fur attaches to fabric not for any specific breed. It works on long-haired dogs (Goldens, Huskies, Bernese), short-haired dogs (Labs, Pugs), and every cat coat we've tested it on, including Maine Coons, Ragdolls, and short-haired house cats. If it sheds, SwipeFur lifts it.
Does it work on leather or hardwood floors?
No. SwipeFur is designed for fabric surfaces where fur gets embedded (couches, car seats, comforters, clothing). On leather and hardwood, fur sits on top, so a damp cloth works fine. Don't buy SwipeFur for leather. Buy it for everywhere fur actually gets stuck.
Can I use it on my pet directly?
SwipeFur is built for surfaces, not for grooming. If you want to use it for a quick rub-down on a short-coated dog or cat, it's safe but it isn't shaped or padded the way a dedicated grooming glove is.
How do I clean the glove itself?
Run it under warm water and the fur wipes off in one pass. For deeper cleaning, hand wash with mild soap. SwipeFur is reusable for years — no special care, no replacement filters, no refills.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is processed, your order will arrive within 7 business days. Free shipping on every order. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Send it back. We offer a 60-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Use it for two months every day if you want and if it doesn't lift the fur it was supposed to, email us and we'll refund the full purchase price. You don't even have to return the glove.
Why does SwipeFur cost more than the $14 versions on Amazon?
SwipeFur uses high-grade silicone (not PVC), a 5mm raised mesh (not stamped 1mm rubber), and a double-reinforced wrist seam (not single-stitched). One SwipeFur lasts longer than a dozen cheap gloves and works always.
